Returns & Exchanges Policy (UK)

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. This policy outlines your rights and our returns process in accordance with UK consumer law, including the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

Returns – General

We accept returns for defective and non-defective items, subject to the conditions below.

Excluded Items

The following items are only eligible for return if they are faulty or defective:

  • Tyres
  • Electrical items

Change of Mind Returns (Non-Defective Items)

Under UK law, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your items, for most non-defective products.

To be eligible:

  • You must notify us within 14 days of delivery
  • Items must be unused, unfitted, and in original packaging
  • Items must be returned within 14 days of notifying us

Tyres and electrical items are excluded from change-of-mind returns unless faulty.

Faulty or Defective Items

If an item is faulty, damaged, or not as described, you are entitled to a remedy under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

  • Faults reported within 30 days of delivery may be eligible for a full refund
  • After 30 days, we may offer a repair or replacement before a refund
  • This applies to all products, including tyres and electrical items, if defective

Exchanges

We accept exchanges for eligible items except tyres and electrical items.

  • Items must be unused and in original condition
  • Exchanges are subject to stock availability
  • Any price difference must be paid by the customer

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return postage costs

We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit

Refunds

Refunds are processed once returned items are received and inspected

Refunds are issued to the original payment method

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item is faulty

How to Start a Return

Please contact us before returning any item and include:

  • Your order number
  • Reason for return
  • Photos (for faulty items)

Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.
